ColdBros Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through ColdBros are final sale.
We do not offer refunds or returns.

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect size or fit

  • preference changes

  • ordering the wrong item


Hats (Primary Product)

All hat sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on hats for any reason, including size, fit, or personal preference.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Photo evidence of the issue may be required

If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item at our discretion.


Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

ColdBros is not responsible for:

  • orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.


Processing Time

Replacement items, when approved, will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. Production and shipping times may vary.
